I know how everyone talks about Facebook being a “walled garden” and all that, but am I right that there’s now a way you can actually download all your personal information from the Facebook site? I’d love to do that so I have a backup of my account, friend lists, etc, so any help you can offer would be terrific, Dave!

Facebook has changed things yet again and now there are Facebook Groups that people can apparently just create and add me to without my permission. Not good. Now my email box overfloweth and my notifications are all about those groups, not my friends. I want out. What are my options?
